Singer Wynonna Judd Cancels Concert after Husband Injured in Motorcycle Accident

Singer, Wynnona Judd recently cancelled all her upcoming concerts to be beside her husband, Michael “Cactus” Moser, after the latter got involved in a motorcycle accident.

According to reports, a few hours before her concert in Deadwood Mountain Grand Hotel & Casino, Judd was seen traveling along U.S. Highway 16 in the Black Hills at South Dakota while her husband was following her in a motorcycle. While riding northbound, Moser suddenly drifted across the center of the highway. As a result, he collided with another upcoming vehicle.

Moser was airlifted by paramedics to Rapid City Regional Hospital where he is being treated for the severe injuries he incurred from the incident.

Fortunately, the driver of the car that Moser struck was not hurt. Meanwhile, authorities have cited Moser for crossing the highway center line and for driving without license.

Aside from her cancelled concert in the Deadwood, Judd also cancelled her four other scheduled concerts in Canada to stay by her husband’s side who was said to be at the hospital recovering until this moment. Nevertheless, the singer plans to reschedule her cancelled concerts soon, reports said.

In her statement, Judd was grateful for the overflowing prayers and supports that they are receiving. In fact, she takes those gestures as blessings. She also affirmed that she would always be beside her husband since she loves him so much.

After three years of dating, Moser and Judd decided to tie the knot last June in a private family ceremony at Leipers Fork, Tennessee.

Meanwhile, a Los Angeles motorcycle attorney (read more) noted that just like any accidents on the road, motorcycle accidents are avoidable. According to him, just by being very careful while on the road and by having the right mind set, one can already avoid such accidents.
